The team’s tremendous efforts and enthusiasm contributed and brought the brand an excellent result in the mysterious shoppers program conducted from October 2021 to September 2022, and honored to be awarded the “Bronze Award of 2022 Quality Service Retailer of the Year of Chain Stores” from HKRMA, given the keen competition among more than 60 retail brands.
"Quality Service Retailer of the Year" is the annual award of the Association's "Quality Service Programme - Quality Service Benchmarking Assessment for retailers with the highest ranking on retail service in 4 consecutive assessment period in 2022 (i.e. October to December, January to March, April to June, and July to September). The service of the awarded brands delivers three important service elements including “Quality Service”, “Satisfied Customer” and “Professional Staff”. The awards recognize as “Excellent Service Retailer of the Year”, “Quality Service Retailer of the Year- Flagship Stores and Chain Stores: Gold, Silver and Bronze” and “Quality Service Retailer of the Year- Category Awards”.
