Project Officer (A&A and Fit Out Works)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Feasibility study, planning, co-ordination, supervision and execution of the A&A works and fitting out projects for business units and head quarter (offices, cinema, shops, etc.)
  • Manage project execution and to ensure the project achieves the time and quality standard as planned
  • Timely advise on possible need for change of approved design and direct consultants to issue variation instructions according to agreed design solutions
  • Work with the Value Engineering Team to prepare the project budget and cost plans
  • Drive for effective teamwork among the project consultants and contractors particularly in resolving problems and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly completion of project works
  • Work with Designer, E&M and QA team to supervise performance of contractor through regular meetings, on–site inspections etc. to review progress and standard of workmanship

Requirements:

  • Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA, HKIS or equivalent would be an advantage
  • 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience with property developers or consultancy firms
  • Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of building, planning and land submissions
  • Effective in leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills; diligent and passionate at work
  • Proficient in design detailing, project and contract administration
  • High level of presentation and liaison skills
  • Familiar with software tools, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Project, Sketchup, etc. would be an advantage
  • Fluency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Occasional travel to PRC and Macau may be required
  • Experience in handling A&A and fitting out projects for retail or commercial projects in HK
Senior Leasing Officer (Retail)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the leasing process from initial inquiries to lease execution for shopping mall properties.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
  • Address tenant concerns and ensure a positive leasing experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for leasing.
  • Analyze competitor properties and provide insights to improve leasing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including tenant databases and lease documents.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to improve tenant satisfaction and property performance.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience in commercial/retail leasing
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and strong market sense
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software 
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
