Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential high-net-worth clients to expand the client base.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Hong Kong team to develop strategic plans that align with company goals and client needs.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to senior management to aid strategic decision-making.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, specifically dealing with high-net-worth clients.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar credentials preferred.
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting transactions, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Support preparation of management reports and regulatory submissions
• Assist in FRR calculations and regulatory reporting
• Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems
• Assist in automation initiatives and digital transformation projects
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Maintain internal controls and support audit requirements
• Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA) required
• Minimum 8-10 years of accounting experience in financial industry, with 3+ years in team management experience
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards and regulatory requirements such as SFC FRR and MAS reporting
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Proficient in accounting software (Flex-system/SUN)
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Experience with SFC-licensed entities and overseas licensed in Singapore and other jurisdictions preferred

• Implement a global data lake and data warehouse platform on AWS Cloud enabling BI dashboarding and advanced data analytics
• Develop and maintain a scalable data architecture with standardized global data model and end-to-end data integration pipelines for data ingestion and consolidation under the newly established data platform
• Study and understand the business by deep diving the collected data
• Drive the delivery of BI dashboards and operation reports with modernized visualization tools for improving operational efficiency and governance
• Define and execute the master data management strategy and model for ensuring master data quality and standardization
• Perform data check and QA for data projects and application projects

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5 years' experience or above in data engineering and warehousing. 
• Solid experience in SQL and data warehouses (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL, and AWS Redshift etc.)
• Proficiency in Python is a must
• Experience in BI visualization tool (e.g. Tableau and Google Looker Studio), Spark and Scala is an advantage
• Experienced in data and analytics strategic planning, project management and vendor management
• Proficiency in ETL and data streaming technologies on Cloud is preferred (e.g. Kinesis Data Streams, Kafka etc.)
• Experience or knowledge in Google Analytics and marketing analytics tool is a plus
• Experience in building and optimizing AI/ML models is a plus
• Excellent communication skill with ability to explain complex issues, abstract data concepts, storytelling and driving actionable results from analytical findings to business and technology leaders
• Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments
