Responsibilities: 

• Identify technology risk and information security risk for the group companies and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures in business-intelligible language 

• Review existing policies / procedures and recommend improvements to enhance security standards 

• Conduct vulnerability scanning and manage penetration testing for ongoing system related changes 

• Investigate for any security breach incidents 

• Communicate security objectives and requirements clearly to stakeholders and users 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related disciplines.  

• Minimum of 3 years of cyber security, governance or risk experience, preferably in banking and regulatory environment  

• Preferably holding professional credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CEH, OSCP, etc.  

• ISO27001 implementation experience will be an advantage   

• Strong knowledge of common security principles and techniques 

• Advanced understanding of network security and firewall configuration 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills 

• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide legal support to in-house legal counsels and business units on the ordinary activities of the Group and business operations 

• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and coordination 

• Support the contract drafting and review, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements 

• Assist in the management of the contract database, maintain updated records, and filing systems 

• Support trademark applications and liaison work, ensuring proper documentation and compliance 

• Follow up on ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Legal Studies or related disciplines 

• 2 years’ legal experience  

• Good knowledge of / hands-on experience under HK jurisdiction 

• Proficiency in MS office application software and Chinese Word Processing 

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 

• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Officer 

Responsibilities:

• Provide operation support to the entire Group network infrastructure, including oversea offices and outlet shops network connectivity
• Work with internal teams (both local and oversea) and 3rd party service provider to drive the network infrastructure setup for project and daily operation
• Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of network infrastructure
• Responsible for network capacity planning and performance tuning
• Perform regular network infrastructure vulnerability assessment and penetration test Establishing and enforcing organization standards on network infrastructure
• Maintain accuracy of network inventory
• Participate in projects and gather network infrastructure requirement.
• Provide input to project teams on network design including high-availability, resiliency and security
• Provide 2nd level operation supports on 7 X 24 basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IGRP, GRE & etc) 
• Solid experience with design, implementation and support on complex networks, including network devices (Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto & etc)
• Knowing financial system/application is definitely an advantage
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes
• Knowledge of Cloud based network connectivity and modules (e.g. Anti-DDOS, ALB, NLB, WAF, VPN) is a huge advantage
• knowledge with Solarwinds for monitoring, scripting and assets management.
• Possession of CCNA, CCDA, CCNP and CCIE will be an advantage 
• The ability to be a team player and work toward Group I.T direction to achieve common goal
• Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage

• Build and maintain the on-premise data center
• Evaluate new technologies and participate the server farm revamp with vendors
• Provide prompt production support for different business units; identify problem root cause and implement preventive measures
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning and system performance
• Responsible for the implementation of the project, including planning, scheduling, quality control, vendor management, auditing and budget management
• Provide production support on 7 X 24 basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 7-8 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and implementation
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and O365 is a MUST
• Scripting skills using Linux Shell and PowerShell
• Understanding of the major network and application protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP, TFTP, PXE, Syslog
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies VMWare ESX/ESXi/KVM/Docker/SAN
• Knowing financial system/application is definitely an advantage
• Knowledge other major cloud platforms is an advantage
• Experienced in using monitoring solutions like CloudWatch, SolarWinds, and Prometheus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
