In order to contribute to a greener future, Emperor Foundation participated in the "Million Trees (Forest) Project & Network – Trees Conservation and Planting Day for Hong Kong Region" in Mui Wo, Lantau Island. The project was organized by Hong Kong Green Nature Union and it took place in June, 2017. Considered one of the most famous tree planting programs, it is the first international afforestation project Hong Kong has ever participated. About 20 staff members joined the activity, putting our concern for the nature into action. A total of 20 native trees were planted that day in support of the slogan of the United Nations "the climate to save the future".
