Emperor Conveyors again kicked off 2008 with an amazing charity event with Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care. On 24 February, more than twenty awesome Conveyors started their hike on the wet, cold, and muddy mountain at Pak Sin Leng Country Park. It was challenging but better yet a meaningful fundraising experience.
Ms. Semon Luk, Chairperson, Emperor Entertainment Group, started the charity event with the sound of the horn, with artists including Vincy,Kenny Kwan, Yumiko and Ken Hung, at the starting line. Even though the weather wasn't all that great, but Emperor Conveyors made it thru and completed the hike.
An applause to all participants because not only did they show the effort in participating but also raised a total of HK$90,000 to the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care. This fund will put forth to those terminally ill patients, their family and the bereaved. Even though this charity event has ended but the hearts in us will continue to shimmered to those in need.
