The annual volunteering tour of Emperor Group was held from September 22 to 25, 2017. Apart from attracting employees from Hong Kong, Beijing and Shenzhen to join, we have specially invited members from Smile with us HK to come along this year.
A total of nearly 50 volunteers visited "Albert Yeung Sau Shing Charity Foundation (Changli) Elderly Care Centre", the latest and largest elderly care centre Dr. Albert Yeung, Chairman of the Group, has ever built on the mainland, where they set up game booths to have a whole day of fun with the residents there. They also witnessed the centre’s official launch at the opening ceremony held in the midst of the event. A migrant school at Daxing district in Beijing was another destination of the tour, where volunteers enjoyed an eco-themed fun fair with underprivileged children of migrant workers.
