Since its launch in 2007, "Emperor Hospice Service Programme" has not only benefited numerous solitary elderly in Hubei, but also pioneered hospice service development in the mainland. In 2010, Dr. Yeung Sau Shing Albert further donated RMB 3.55 million in the name of "Albert Yeung Sau Shing Charity Foundation" to Social Workers Across Borders as the programme's fund in the following 3 years.
