[Hong Kong. 19th May, 2019] Emperor International Holdings Limited ("Emperor International" or the "Group") (Stock Code: 163) was awarded with "BCI Asia Top 10 Developer Award" at the BCI Asia Awards Ceremony held at Rosewood Hotel, in recognition of its continuous growth and achievements in developing high quality and innovative projects, in Hong Kong’s highly competitive real estate market.

Emperor International’s recent luxury residential project "Peak Castle", located in Tuen Mun, offers a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window allowing natural light and outdoor greenery to incorporate into the interior space. “Upton”, the iconic harbourfront residential project located in Hong Kong Island, features an exterior accented with white wavy lines akin to white flowing ribbons, illuminates along with the Victoria Harbour. In addition, the Cheung Sha Wan residential project "The Amused", co-developed with the Urban Renewal Authority, features a covered and open-air garden to allow residents to enjoy the nature in the city. It has received the Provisional Gold Level Certification by the Green Building Council of the Hong Kong Green Building Council (BEAM Plus).
For commercial development, The Emperor Hotel located in Wan Chai, designed by a renowned design firm Autoban Studio from Turkey and the French botanist Patrick Blanc, showcases a magnificent vertical garden and unparalleled modern interior design which display a harmonious integration of nature and contemporary aesthetics.
As for the development in Mainland China, Emperor Group Centre Beijing located at Chang’an Avenue was awarded with the “Six-Star Super A-Level Building” by the Beijing Central Business District as well as the LEED Gold certification by U.S. Green Building Council. The project has adopted the world class LOW-E glass curtain wall which provides a panoramic view of the bustling scene of Chang'an Avenue while facilitating energy efficiency at the same time.
