Joey Yung attended the ambassador signing ceremony at the sales centre of Jinxi Garden on December 17. She was greeted by large crowds of more than a thousand who, besides being charmed by the EEG artiste, were eager to visit the sales centre as well as the show flats.
R&F Properties and Emperor Group Celebrated the Occasion together
The first residential project jointly developed by R&F Properties and Emperor Group in Xinhui, Jiangmen City, Jinxi Garden is located next to the downtown district of Xincheng, featuring a seamless transportation network and a large area of greenery. The project has been positioned as a "high-quality community", with every scene, every detail and every inch of space crafted meticulously, manifesting the idea of quality living. Senior management staff of as many as over 30 from the two parties attended the event, showing how both sides value the project.
Joey Yung Named Jinxi Garden Ambassador
Joey Yung’s ancestors resided in Xinhui; some of her relatives still do. It had been a long time since she last went there because of her tight schedule. She said it was her honour to be able to endorse Jinxi Garden. She was impressed by Xinhui people’s friendliness and grateful for their support. She was also glad to see that Xinhui had been highly modernized.
Speaking of investment, “the real estate market in Xinhui has great potential, especially at Xincheng District. It will be the city’s future CBD and the government’s key development area.” Joey said. Apart from R&F Properties and Emperor Group, other major developers, including Poly Property and Country Garden, have presence in the area as well. She expressed her optimism about Xinhui’s future development and even an impulsive urge to buy a flat there.
Joey always appreciates craftsmanship, similar to her passion for singing. She was impressed by the stern pursuit for excellence of this project as shown in its show flats and sales centre.

Joey signed an agreement with Jinxi Garden during the event and became the ambassador, which brought the ceremony to the climax. Joey gave her handprint autograph and a bundle of barley that symbolized "bestselling" to Jinxi Garden.

At the end of the event, thousands of potential home buyers flocked into the sales office and showflats and experienced the essence of quality and artistic beauty of the project.

Miniature models were set up in the showflat area to demonstrate the future neighbourhood plan, featuring an unmanned supermarket in the commercial square.
The total gross floor area of Ginxi Garden is about 140,000 m², mainly composed of ten high-end residential buildings and two commercial blocks, with jogging trails, children's playground, elderly recreation facilities, basketball courts, etc. Fully-furnished showflats of two unit types, 98 m² and 121 m² respectively, are open for visitors.
