Mr. Donald Cheung, Executive Director of Emperor International, said, “The Group has always been optimizing our overall investment portfolio by acquiring high quality projects. We believe there will be a synergy between this latest addition and a similar site in Siu Lam (Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 436) we took in earlier. This site has impeccable seaview and will be well served by a superb transportation network of Hong Kong–Shenzhen Western Corridor as well as the Tuen Mun – Chek Lap Kok Link and Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge in the near future. It is also in close proximity to Harrow International School Hong Kong, the Hong Kong branch of the prestigious Harrow School based in the United Kingdom. This site will definitely become one of our most valued residential projects.”
