(Hong Kong, 24 October 2013) Emperor Group Corporate Executive Mr. Alex Yeung officiated a signing ceremony at the 17th Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium with local government officials in relation to grade A office tower Emperor Group Centre in Chaoyang District developed by Emperor International Holdings Limited (Stock code: 163).
Emperor Group Centre, lying on Chang’an Street, Beijing CBD, is 25-storeys high with 5 more underground storeys. It provides office space and a shopping centre on lower floors, occupying a floor area of 100,000 square metres (above and under ground altogether). To be completed approximately in 2015, Emperor Group Centre is built to become Emperor Group’s headquarters in China. Mr. Alex Yeung indicates: “Chaoyang District enjoys an upward trend of socio economic development and the government highly values the significance of non-local investment. We are positive about this project and fully assured of the growth potential in the mainland in the long run.
