Recently, it has come to our attention that some fraudsters pretending to be our staff(s) for and on behalf of Emperor Group (the “Group”) and Emperor Motion Pictures (“EMP”) in the name of “King’s Movies” inviting the public to participate in a film investment scheme.
We hereby declare that the investment scheme is not issued nor authorized by the Group and/or EMP. We did not arrange nor offer any film investment scheme to the general public. Such film investment scheme is without our authorization, consent or permission.
We are greatly concerned that the goodwill of the Group and EMP was illegally used to deceive the general public. We hereby urge the public to take caution and refrain from entering into such film investment scheme to avoid financial loss.
